ELOPEMENT TERMS:
Bride&
Groom must provide Marriage license & photo ID upon Check-in - Courthouse is
just 15 minutes from our Inn
Non-Florida Residents / no waiting period required - Florida Residents /
3 day waiting period is required by law
Elopements Require a minimum 2 Night
Stay - Arrival MUST be the day prior to your event - A minimum of 7 days notice
is required
Elopement Payments are due In Full when reserved and are non-refundable -

Beach & Garden
ceremonies are weather sensitive and may be moved to our Covered Pavilion at
Innkeeper's discretion
$200 fee if
you wish to view our property and discuss your event - This fee is deducted from
your total when you make your Elopement
