Additional guests for Elopement Ceremony - $25 pp + tax  
    Hand Tied Bouquet & Boutonnière- $85 + tax  
 "Private Mini-Reception Dinner"  $249 for Bride & Groom plus $125 each additional person  (beverage, tax & 25% service gratuity is additional - 12 person max)
 The "per person ceremony fee" for additional guests is waived for those guests included in the "Private Mini-Reception Dinner"
2nd Tier on Wedding Cake- $95 + tax   
You may also add Photography service:
1- Ceremony photography capturing all key moments as you take your vows -You get to keep the raw photo disc so you can make your own copies - $395 + tax 
2- Add 10 enhanced 5 x 7 photo prints and a keepsake photo album for you to display your photos - $795 + tax
3- Add Wedding Reception posed photography... plus 10 additional enhanced 5 x 7 photo prints & an 8 x 10 Beautifully Framed photo of the two of you - $995 + tax
 
 ELOPEMENT TERMS: 
Bride& Groom must provide Marriage license & photo ID at Check-in  
 Elopements Require a min 2 Night Stay - Arrival MUST be the day prior to your event - subject to availability
$200 credit card deposit will hold your date for 1 week w/in which time the balance is due -  Certified Check, Cash or Money Orders Only

All Event & Lodging payments are non-refundable once received
For  events of 4 or more persons including Elopements, Weddings & Private Parties, a "$500" credit card "hold" is required at check-in. 
    NOTE: Beach & Garden ceremonies are weather sensitive and may be moved to our Covered Pavilion or Enchanted Garden at Innkeeper's discretion
$200 credit card fee to schedule an appointment to view our property and discuss your event - This fee is deducted from your total when you make your reservation
Time of Elopement Ceremonies on the beach are set by the Innkeeper based on Low Tide.
 
We try schedule Ceremonies between 1 and 4 pm to maximize the sunlight for your photos.

We only allow weekend beach ceremonies to those reserving all 8 rooms here.  Wedding Reception is optional.
Wedding Reception - 24 persons Maximum - 3 Hours - Includes:   "Wine & Hors d'oeuvres" hour - while Photos are being taken by your photographer
 Non-alcoholic Punch fountain for the full 3 hours
Champagne toast & Toasting Ceremony when Bride & Groom are ready to be announced & seated
  Plated & Served Salad
Plated and served Italian Wedding Soup, Fresh Minestrone or Lobster Bisque
Entree Buffet including 2 delicious entrees with all the fixings, ... Bread, Butter, Vegetables & Starch, 
2 Tiered Wedding Cake
Cake Cutting Ceremony  followed by Plated Cake Service and accompanied by Hot Coffee & Hot Tea 
$125 per person + additional beverages (must be ordered when Reception is booked) , tax & 25% service gratuity
