Our Wedding Ceremonies, Elopements and Wedding Buffets are EXCLUSIVELY
for Guests staying at our Inn only and require lodging for 2 nights minimum

Wedding Ceremony  & Reception Buffet - 30 persons MAXIMUM  (24 persons if requiring a dance floor)   4 hours Total
Ceremony Includes:  Bridal Arch,  Podium,  Plants,  Decorations,  up to 26 folding chairs for family & friends,  Set-up & Clean-up
We only allow beach ceremonies to those having their Reception here
Reception Includes:   "Wine & Hors d'oeuvres" reception -  while Photos are being taken
 House Wine & Beer plus non-alcoholic Punch fountain until cake & coffee are served plus Champagne toast & Toasting Ceremony
  Plated & Served Salad,  Plated & Served Soup,  Entree Buffet including 2 delicious entrees with all the fixings, Vegetables & Starch, 
Plated and served 2 Tiered Wedding Cake accompanied by Hot Coffee & Hot Tea with Cake Cutting Ceremony
Flowers on every table - Large Floral Display on Buffet & Hors-d'oeuvres tables - Flowers in every room
EVENT" Price (Ceremony & Reception):  $5,500 + tax Plus the cost of your Lodging
For us to host your Wedding of 14 to 30 persons - all 8 rooms must be reserved for 2 nights minimum. Group Room Discount (15%) applies.
TERMS:
Bride& Groom must provide Marriage license & photo ID at Check-in  
 Weddings Require a min 2 Night Stay in all 8 rooms
 Arrival MUST be the day prior to your event - subject to availability
$200 credit card deposit will hold your date for 1 week w/in which time the following is due..
50% of "Event & Lodging" balance payable w/in 1 week of reserving your event
Final Balance is due 45 days prior to your even -
Certified Check, Cash or Money Orders Only
All Event & Lodging payments are non-refundable once received
For all events including Elopements, Weddings & Private Parties, a $500 credit card deposit
is required at check-in for extras such as beverages, taxes, gratuities etc that have not already been paid for in advance.

    Beach & Garden ceremonies are weather sensitive and may be moved to our Covered Pavilion at Innkeeper's discretion
$200 fee if you wish to view our property and discuss your event - This fee is deducted from your total when you make your reservation
Time of Ceremony is set by the Innkeeper - usually between 1 and 4 pm (based on tides for Beach ceremonies)

 Sunday - Thursday Events -  6:30 pm. to 9 pm  - 40 persons maximum - Does not require lodging
$1,995 with Cash Bar for Beverages   or , ...  $2,495  INCLUDING unlimited Beer, Wine, Soda & Punch 
Tax & 25% Set-up/Service Gratuity is additional -
($400 each additional 1/2 hour)
Weekend events require lodging in all 8 rooms for 2 nights minimum
For Friday or Saturday  Events -  add $1,000 + tax  to event pricing -  Plus the cost of your rooms  (15% group discount applies)
Seating for this "Hors d'oeuvres" party is very casual - not designed for a "sit down dinner" thus allowing us to accommodate up to 40 people

Available  Monday - Thursday  ONLY   -  Noon - 2:30pm    up to 24 persons maximum   $1,295 + tax
 Menu - Glass of Asti or Iced Tea / Salad / Bread / Grilled Chicken Breast or Salmon "Picatta  Style" over rice with vegetable / Dessert / Coffee or Tea

Or, we will prepare a lavish luncheon buffet w/ salads, finger sandwiches, deviled eggs, fruit, desserts, Asti, Iced or Hot Tea & Hot Coffee!!!

($25 per person additional guest fee is waived for those guests included in the "Private Mini-Reception Dinner")
