CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES $35 fee if more than 6 days - Within 5 days, 1 night fee applies plus 50% of all add-on items - * see below for exceptions *1 night reservations, No-Shows, Rescheduled reservations, Multiple villa (weddings & reunions) & Reservations 11 days or more - due in full / non- refundable If you need to reschedule your getaway while more than 6 days from expected arrival, your balance is due in full & reservation becomes non-refundable. To reschedule once you are within 5 days - 1 night fee is added to your balance which is then due in full and non-refundable Refunds do not apply to those who violate any of our policies and are required to leave. GENERAL INFO No Smoking permitted in our villas, cafe or courtyard. Smoking IS permitted on your private balcony, private patio or designated outside areas. Children over age 15 only / Absolutely no "Spring Breakers" unless accompanied by parents Persons under age 25 not accompanied by parents must show proof of marriage & driver’s licenses in order to stay at Island Cottage We reserve the right to request Driver's/ Marriage License & Deny Access w/out refund if under our minimum age To preserve the privacy of our paying guests, only those persons who are paying guests are permitted on Island Cottage property. Your rate, once reserved, is guaranteed. Future rate increases or "specials" will not effect your reservation. Prices subject to change w/out notice If on a "Package" for a specified # of nights or specified arrival day, your will loose that special rate if you alter any of the requirements for that special. You Must advise us of your pet when reserving your Villa 1st dog No Charge - additional dogs $10 per pet-per night - 20# maximum weight limit per pet If reservation is cancelled by Is. Cottage through no fault of your own your sole remedy is limited to reimbursement of monies paid towards your cancelled reservation less the nights already used. The Couple's Latest Venture is to build a Passenger Carrying yacht, the "Marie Antoinette". This luxurious, 65' vessel, is currently in the design stage, and construction should begin in 2009. Mark will be her builder along with his crew of welders, carpenters, painters, plumbers and mechanics. The "Marie Antoinette" will be constructed along the shore of the St. John's River, in Florida.
